With over 27 years of experience in Florida's dynamic real estate sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the journey involved in buying or selling a home. My mission is to provide exceptional customer service, recognizing that effective communication is the cornerstone of successful real estate transactions.

I relocated to Florida in 1993 from Pennsylvania and have spent decades exploring the Sunshine State’s many treasures. I currently reside in Dunnellon, nestled on Florida’s nature coast and home to the stunning Rainbow Springs. This journey has not only deepened my appreciation for Florida’s unique communities but also enhanced my ability to connect clients with the perfect home or buyer.

My professional background spans various facets of the real estate industry, including roles as a mortgage professional and investor. Additionally, my husband and I owned an electrical contracting company, equipping me with extensive knowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning regulations—insights that provide added value to my clients.
